In line with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia’s (“IRBM”) e-Invoicing requirements, element14 Sdn. Bhd. is committed to fully complying with all guidelines.
From mid-December, we will be switching all invoicing mode to electronic invoices via our e-Invoice distribution partner, Billtrust.
As part of this transition, the email address used to send invoices will change to noreply@notifications.order2cash.com. To ensure uninterrupted delivery, please add this email address to your approved sender list or email whitelist.
