High-Quality, Industrial Grade MCUs with XMC7000
Ideal for motor control, power conversion, and demanding industrial applications
For demanding industrial application use cases, Infineon's XMC7000 MCU is a perfect fit for bringing higher processing performance and real-time control to your design. The XMC7000 MCU family offers a single and dual-core Cortex®-M7 Arm® core, both supported by a Cortex®-M0+. In addition, a comprehensive set of advanced peripherals, along with a competitive set of security makes it attractive to customers who need a high quality grade platform. The MCU is able to operate in harsh environments with a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is able to power critical applications due to its lower-power modes down to 5μA.
The XMC7000 industrial MCU is also ideal for motor control, digital power conversion and I/O applications. It comes equipped with peripherals such as CAN-FD, TCPWM and Gb Ethernet, which increase flexibility and offer added value.
The XMC7000 family comes in 2 series: XMC7100 and XMC7200, with the XMC7200 leveraging integrated Gigabit Ethernet for real-time ethernet communications and providing reliable connectivity for always-on applications.
