(based in the USA) is the parent company. Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is important to us. On this website element14 SDN BHD, Unit S-06-07, First Subang Mall, Jalan SS15/4G, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia in its role of data controller is collecting and storing personal data.This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website.
What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for products or services. If you choose not to give us your personal information we may not be able to complete your registration or provide you with the products or services you would like. If you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback or participate in competitions run by companies in the element14 group we may also collection information about you. We also collect website usage information using cookies (see section below on Cookies).
If you are not comfortable with the uses of your personal information as set out in this privacy policy, we request that you do not use the website.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your order and manage your account. If you allow us and other group companies, we will also contact you about special offers, events and other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
